To say that we offer "Standard Packages" is somewhat misleading. Every couple and event has a

different vision of what their perfect event is, for us to make that assumption is not our business

model. We prefer to tailor a custom package to your vision!

Typical Setup is 2 hours early

Event Pricing:


Ceremonies: $500, Music, Wireless Mics, Planning, some Coordination and IF your DJ is available we support your rehearsal as well.


Weddings : Starting at only $1500 we will build a custom package that compliments your vision with the latest thinking and tools available.

 

School & Corporate Events - Starts at $800, we can bring a lighting and video package that others cannot!

 

Birthdays, Reunions, Pool Parties & Private Parties  - Starts at $800, custom packages to compliment your vision.


Bar's, Restaurants & Car Shows  - $100 per hour.

All other functions - Please Call, Text or Email for a personalized Quote!

Payment Terms:

 

  • Due with contract; $200 Partial Retainer.
  • 60 day's later, an additional Partial Retainer is required to bring your total balance to 50% paid. 
  • All Retainers fee's are applied to your total balance and governed by the return policy in the contract.
  • Payments PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS prior to event.

 

Payment Options:
We accept Cash, Personal Checks & Credit Cards via PayPal. (Invoice sent upon request)
Checks are subject to cancellation policy in contract.

Overtime :

For events held at a Venue - overtime rates do NOT apply due to our "UNLIMITED HOURS AFTER SETUP" policy. 


For events held on private property or venues that do not govern celebration time; this must be disclosed to us, an agreement will be decided upon together.  In this case overtime MIGHT apply @ $100 per hour.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are always a compliment but never expected as we charge a professional rate up front for our service. Should you feel that your Host went above and beyond and wish to compliment them via a tip, our heart felt appreciation will be expressed. Again, never expected.
