Then your DJ helps you build an itinerary that compliments the success of your event!!  It's not a complicated step but is a necessary step that is often missed. You've spent a lot of effort on your side of the planning, it's now our turn to perform to your planning, doing our part to leave your guests wanting more!!

What's the Quoting and Hiring Process?

 

  • Meet with owners Corey or Thaddeus to learn if we a re a fit for your Event and choose your DJ & Preferred Setup Options. ( Add On's, Light Show(s), Advanced Lighting Options, Etc. )
  • Monster BeatZ DJ's will share a Quote of Representation , upon your request a Contract will be shared.
  • With the return of the signed Contract and $200 Reservation Fee , we will program and share  access to your Online Tools.
  • (Personal & Company Checks, Cash and PayPal are all accepted. A receipt from Monster BeatZ DJ's is shared for every transaction.)
  • Log into your Online Tools and populate any worksheets & your Music Play List Builder.
  • 6 to 8 weeks out from your event your DJ will contact to discuss your events Itinerary and Music selections.
  • The week of your Event your DJ will call for the Final Review.
  • DJ shows up early the day of the event, sets up, sound checks and preps to have a great time!!
