    Recipe to Guarantee Success:

     

    Your Event, Your Itinerary, We Compliment:
    Your DJ spends the time with you UP FRONT to learn about your vision, your desired outcome and what your needs really are.  Then your DJ helps you build an itinerary then compliments the success of your event!!  It's not a complicated step but is a necessary step that is often missed.  You've spent alot of effort on your side of the planning, it's now our turn to execute your planning and do our part to leave your guests wanting more!!

    LET'S DO THIS!!

     

    School Function:
    - Hire Monster BeatZ DJ's, share / sign contract / PO's accepted.

    - Choose your DJ and Preferred Setup Options ( Light Show, Advanced Lighting Options, Etc. )

    - Log into your PLAY LIST BUILDER and share your favorite songs

         - Clean songs preferred, DJ will try to find clean or will not play without Clients permission

         - Play Lists to be approved by Client

         - We Honor a DO NOT PLAY Playlist as well as using our judgement

    - 7 to 10 days prior to event, DJ contacts event representitive to finalize details

    - DJ shows up early the day of the event, sets up, sound checks and preps to have a great time!!

     

         We are often asked what is a "Standard Setup" for a "School Function".  We understand the students desire for their event to be their own "Club Atmosphere" so we bring in a 10' Light Show on a raised Truss above the DJ,  a Sound System that is not only stocked with newer equipment but is all professional grade equipment, enough Speakers to fill the entire room with sound and then we back it up with at least two 18" Subwoofers!!  If that's not enough, should the venue allow, we have hazers to enhance the already supplied light show.  All music is Digital, we can also play from CD or other digital device if required by client or staff.

         We are often asked what is a "Standard Setup" for a "Private Function".  Private functions can be defined as Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Halloween Parties, Open Houses, Personal Parties, Award Ceremonies, New Years Eve Parties and so many more.  With this understood the equipment needs can often vary.  We have experienced the following as the most requested equipment for these events... a 5' Light Show on a raised Truss above the DJ,  a Sound System that is not only stocked with newer equipment but is all professional grade equipment, at least 2 Speakers to fill the entire room with sound.  All music is Digital, can also play from CD or other digital device if required.

    - Decide what equipment, games, door prizes, etc. are required to support event

    - Build the events service to compliment the events success

    - Discuss preferred play list and verify selections with Client 

    - 7 to 10 days prior to event, DJ contacts event representitive to finalize details

    - DJ shows up early the day of the event, sents up, sound checks and preps to have a great time!!

     

         We are often asked what is a "Standard Setup" for a "Car Show / Cruise In Function".  Car functions are usually fairly standard, Oldies music with the occasional more modern song mixed in that is event appropriate.  With this understood, the equipment needs can often vary.  We have experienced the following as the most requested equipment for these events... a Sound System that is not only stocked with newer equipment but is all professional grade equipment, at least 2 Speakers, usually more to fill the entire venue with sound, occasionally indoors and out.  If set up outside, we supply our own tent / tables while power is usually supplied to us.  All music is Digital, can also play from CD or other digital device if required.
